PAKISTAN CATTLES/Customer Qurbani Agreement

  1. Under this agreement, Pakistan Cattles is providing three types of services:
  • Purchase of a Sacrificial Animal or its share on customer’s behalf
  • Sacrifice of Sacrificial Animal in-light of the principles of Shariah
  • Meat Cutting and Distribution Among the Deserving families/person/persons or Registered Welfare Organizations on customer’s behalf.
  1. The Sacrificial Animal purchased for the customer will be according to the Shariah requirements and quality & hygiene standards set by PAKISTAN CATTLES.
  2. The average weight of goat meat will be 18 to 22 KG, the average weight of cow’s portion meat will be 14 to 16 KG while the total weight of whole cow meat will be 115 to 125 KG. However, the final weight of the meat will be determined only after the sacrifice.
  3. The purchase of the sacrificial animal will be executed according to the number of bookings after the booking process is over.
  4. The determination of the sacrificial animal for the customer and possession of it by the customer will take effect immediately before the sacrificial process.
  5. Cows, goats will include both males and females.
  6. The animal will be sacrificed in the light of Shariah principles.
  7. The meat is prepared and distributed/supplied in accordance with Pakistan Cattles’s quality & hygiene principles.
  8. Animal payee (Trotters), heart, kidney, liver will not be kept separate for each individual but will be distributed equally/Jointly as per share.
  9. Animal’s By-product Siri (head), Excess Fat, Ujhri (Stomach), Intestines, etc. will be discarded.
  10. The skin of the sacrificial animal will be donated.
  11. Upon booking your order, the customer enters into this agreement with Pakistan Cattles.
  12. Pakistan Cattles shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government etc.
  13. Pakistan Cattles reserves the right to cancel any order subject to availability, confirmations and/or any other reason deemed fit by the company. Customer can also cancel his/her order up till 10 days before Eid. In case of advance payment, the customer will get full refund (subject to bank charges if applicable) in this scenario.
